PBH & Associates and the team have prepared for this phase with skilled detail, while working to develop a team understanding of the project. With addition of the various authorities to the team and PBH & Associates’ leadership now established, the team is ready to move the project through the well-planned schedule to completion.

During the program construction, PBH & Associates will evaluate the progress of the project, updating the Owner and team members through scheduled meetings and reports. Compliance to the program, budget and schedule will be reviewed daily by onsite PBH & Associates team members and at any time should the project exceed the estimate, schedule or does not comply with the Owner’s program, PBH & Associates will notify the Owner and appropriate team members with recommendations to bring the nonconforming items back into conformance.

PBH & Associates’ leadership will drive the team to the common goal of completing the project while meeting the Owner’s requirements for form, function, budget, schedule and program compliance.
